I somehow managed to hurt my back around 10 days ago. I've no idea what I did to cause it, but it hasn't been the usual kind of spasm-like pain, it's felt more like a tightness across my lower back and into my right hip. I kept thinking it was getting better as it seemed to free off during the day, then after a night's sleep it got worse again. Today is the first time I've been able to drive since Valentine's Day, so I celebrated by going shopping for raggae mp3 podcasts! After all, there's no sense wasting good shopping time on food! rolleyes.gif I also bought several jars of my favorite coffee - I can eat out of my storecupboard for several days but I can't do anything without my coffee! In fact, my storecupboard really came into its own the last couple of weeks, because I couldn't get out to go shopping at all. I did run out of fruit and bread, but I had plenty of everything else.

What exactly is the deal with people getting marrried in Las Vegas? I am not talking about the people that have it planned out 6 months in advance. I mean the people that just decide to get married and go have it done. Is this just a matter of poor planning? Or is this the anxiety of two people wanting to get married so bad that they cannot wait to plan a wedding out? I am talking even about some of these people that fly to Vegas just to get married. Personally, this is about as senseless as me going right now to go search for Roof Lines when I am not even interested in that topic. I mean, at least take the time to pick a place and plan it out, even if it has to be low cost, and just make it a memorable moment. And these people that do drive-through weddings, that is seriously lame. I just think marriage is really a sacred thing that is supposed to really happen just once, so why not take the time to make it special rather than shotgunning the wedding in the fast lane.
